Mazzuma is currently available on selected online point of payment portals only. Simply choose the "Pay with Mazzuma" option at the payment page and you will be directed to the Mazzuma page where you can make your payment.

You are required to enter your Mobile Money pin on your mobile phone when you receive the payment notification on your phone.

This can be due to reasons such as insufficient funds in your Mobile Money account or an incorrect pin being entered during the validation process.
Mazzuma is a payment gateway hence does not handle shipping of items purchased through the gateway. The online shopping portal takes care of all forms of shipping of goods purchased if applicable.
Refunds are made to you by the online shopping portal where the transaction was made. Just contact the online store for more information on their refund policies
